Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of Threadr, a product of innovai8, during its early-access period. By using Threadr you agree to them. Because Threadr is evolving quickly, these terms will be expanded before general availability.
Early access
Threadr is provided during early access on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Your JIRA, your data
Threadr connects to the JIRA your organization controls and acts using your own credentials. Your content remains yours and stays in your JIRA. You are responsible for your JIRA configuration, licensing, and the content you post.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Threadr to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse the service beyond what the source-available licence permits.
- Respect your own organization’s policies and your JIRA’s terms.
Licensing & seats
Each JIRA namespace includes a free tier of seats; beyond that a license applies. Threadr meters usage rather than cutting off service — overage is reconciled by right-sizing your license.
Source available
Threadr’s source is published on GitHub. Use of the hosted service is governed by these terms; use of the source is governed by the license in that repository.
No warranty; liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and innovai8’s liability is limited. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
